Food safety training

After tonight's SCFRG meeting, Paul Kirkwood sent the following valuable information on food safety training for publication.

On-line training package, Level 2 Food Safety Training for Caterers:

The certificate is not time-bound, although the Council recommend a refresher course every three years.
